Our story
Led by Peter Tiberio
Peter Tiberio is a Tennessee licensed general contractor with 14 years of building experience. He is also a licensed real estate agent.
That combination shapes how we work. A buildout isn't just a construction project. It's the last step between a signed lease and a business opening its doors, and every week and every dollar matters to the tenant, the landlord and the broker.
So we price early, price carefully, and put every assumption in writing. We keep owners informed every week. And we finish with the paperwork done right, so the next tenant, the next lender or the next buyer finds a clean file.

We don't guess at mechanical, electrical or plumbing costs. We work from engineered drawings or tell you exactly what's assumed.
Clean closeout
Lien waivers, warranties, operating manuals and as-builts handed over at the end.
